Here you will find resources that were developed to teach about biodiversity on farms. Teaching about biodiversity is a great way to engage youth to care about their surroundings. The lessons in the PDF documents below contain lessons like: What is Biodiversity, Where is biodiversity, biodiversity and nature-friendly farming practices and how biodiversity creates ecosystem goods and services – the benefits that humans receive from a healthy environment. Additionally, there are three levels of content that correspond to elementary, middle and high school levels. These resources are also perfectly suited to 4H projects at the junior, intermediate and senior levels.
