Specialized Reporting

There are a few species that are of particular interest to the DNR. Mainland moose are endangered in Nova Scotia, and the eastern coyote ca be a problem for both rural and urban residents. With the increased prevalence of white-nosed syndrome among bats, any sightings of bats between November 1 and May 15th should be reported to the DNR.
